Showing Instructions

Please show up at the posted showing time for each unit. Each showing is only 5-10 minutes so if you are late, it may have ended. You do not need to fill out an application prior to the viewing. Please note that severe weather or a rented unit may cancel a showing unexpectedly. Please text 705-923-1723 if you would like to confirm if a showing is still scheduled.
